Can Adenomyosis block the cervix and prevent menstrual flow?

I have adenomyosis. I have pretty regular periods.
Now I have tender breasts, I had cramps but they stopped a few days ago.
Tremenous pressure and bloating in belly: no period.
Just every few hours a tiny, tiny “blush” of blood on the tp when I use the bathroom.

Adenomyosis doesn’t usually stop your period; in fact, it tends to cause longer, heavier periods. Some women actually get to the point where they’re bleeding without a break.

Adenomyosis occurs when endometrial tissue forms inside the uterine muscle wall. There really isn’t a way for it to block your cervix. It might be possible that a fibroid could cause such an issue, but obviously there’s no way to determine that without a personal, in-person consultation with a medical professional.
